Shipping Information

Please see below for information regarding our shipping schedule. Rates are calculated dynamically based on packaging and weight.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ORDERS BEGIN PROCESSING AFTER FUNDING IS CONFIRMED AT OUR BANKING INSTITUTION. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ORDER CAN BE PROCESSED AS IT CAN TAKE THIS TIME TO VERIFY YOUR TRANSACTION. THANK YOU.

Ground Shipping - (All Orders over 12 Items FREE!)
5 to 7 business days for delivery once your funds have been received. Continental US addresses only.
Additional Days may be needed during Holiday Seasons
UPS 3 Day Select -
3 business days for orders processed before 12:00 P.M PST. Once your funds have been recieved. Continental US addresses only.
 

UPS 2nd Day -

2 business days for orders processed before 12:00 P.M PST. Once your funds have been recieved.
 
UPS Next Day Air -
1 business day for orders processed before 12:00 P.M PST. Once your funds have been recieved. Requires signature.

 
HI/AK Express - -
1 to 3 business day for orders processed before 12:00 P.M. PST. Once your funds have been recieved.
 

Once an order has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to notify that the order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.

Daily Shipping Schedule

To find out when you will receive an order, please read these important daily shipping guidelines.

Orders placed before 12:00 P.M. ,with confirm funds, PST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. PST Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day. 

If you place your order Friday after 12:00 P.M. PST or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be prepared for processing until Monday morning.
There is no weekend delivery except for UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery available Fridays before 12:00 P.M. PST.

HI and AK orders must select HI/AK Express for a delivery method.

Additional Shipping Charges

Oversize packages and packages to remote locations may be subject to additional shipping charges. A customer service agent will contact you via phone or email with any additional shipping charges.

Shipping Origin

All products featured on dancethreads.com will ship via UPS or US Postal Service 2 Day Priority Mail directly from the manufacturer based in Los Angeles, California or from the dancethreads.com warehouse in Norwalk, California. Once your funds have been recieved.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We cannot and will not ship to Post Office Boxes. If you use a PO box as a ship to address, your order will be placed on hold until we can contact you.

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska

Orders that ship to Alaska or Hawaii may only be shipped via UPS HI/AK Express. If you select Ground shipping to HI or AK, your order will be placed on hold until we can contact you to re-adjust your shipping cost and grand total.

Canadian & International Orders

Sorry - no Canadian or International orders outside of the US will be accepted at this time.

Backorder Status

Although dancethreads.com makes every effort to ship the entire order as soon as it is received, some products will occasionally be out of stock or backordered. In the event that an ordered product is not in stock or on backorder, we will call or email you to discuss the situation.

Dancethreads.com will provide you with an estimated date of delivery for any back ordered item(s). Please note that these dates are only estimated delivery times and are subject to change. You will not be charged for any item that is not in-stock and ready for shipment. Backordered products will only ship with your approval and will be charged to your card when ready
