Return Policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, send it back unused in its original packaging within thiry(30) days of the product purchase. Please note that we will not refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. We will charge a flat 20% restocking fee on all returned goods. 

Once you have submitted and purchased your item(s) you can not cancel your order. See our Helpdesk Knowledge base for information on proceedures on returning your itmes. 

All sales on Clearance items are final.

When you are ready to ship the return, please include the packing slip and/or a note with:

1. Your Full Name
2. Order date or order number
3. E-mail address
4. Daytime telephone number
5. Reason for return

For your protection, consider using UPS, FedEx or Insured US Parcel Post for shipment. We do not recommend that you send parcels uninsured. Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive your package for your return to be credited to your credit card account. It is suggested that you track your shippment to us.
